Yay! Awesome news: the tax table that I had been working with was for a different form (how that happened, I'm really not sure), so I don't owe anything!!! Yay! Be excited! I'm exuberant! Peace, Jane
Oh my goodness Jane! That was quite a scare eh?!? I didn't look at your blog post dates, how many days past between you finding out that you don't owe that crazy amount of money? I'll pray for you two anyway :)
We found out about the $5000 last Thursday, panicked a little over the weekend, and then got the good news on Monday afternoon.
In the meantime, I had the joy of scurrying around between banks and credit unions, making cash advances on my credit card, sorting out my taxes, transfering money between accounts, working on a final exam, cleaning my apartment, and recovering from a flu. Yeah, Monday afternoon felt really good! (Hence my first post...)
