I hope you're all doing well and happily getting ready for school (if it hasn't already started). I'm not! Unless you're working, which is a very different scenario. Good luck doing what you're doing. Today I spent a good hour or two on the beach. Normally Tuesdays and Wednesdays are my days off, but as I worked all day Tuesday and half a day Wednesday, I took today off in compensation. I cleaned my bathroom (I hate bathrooms), printed off some stuff, got a liturgical day planner, and went to the beach.
It was very very warm today. The weather network is telling me it reached the high of 29. And my apartment's really warm. Oh, and just because the air is really warm, it does not mean that the ocean's warm. It was rather chilly. I like the beach. And for your benefit, I took some pictures of my first real venture walking down the beach. Hope you enjoy them!

Hey Jane! Happy 2006! Such terrible weather you have...actually, you'd be pretty surprised how warm it is here, too - it keeps snowing, then melting - today it was really sunny and warm out! And our car is dirty as heck. You know when you have to squeegie your side windows that it's weird winter weather!

Hey Jane! If I see another pic of California i'm gonna go nuts. At least here in Edmonton i can see a bit of blue sky; it's my only consolation that sometime the sun will return. But yeah, it has actually been warm lately. And we can play hockey! Best of both worlds i tell ya. Glad to hear you're still doing great! I should be updating my page sometime soon... God bless!
